In 2021, RJ’s Confectionery went 100% palm oil free. We were tasked with creating a campaign hero video to communicate this change to their customers online, which was a resounding success. The video generated more than 140k views in a few weeks and was seen all over social media and news sites. Alongside this Hero video, we created an educational video about the effect of the palm oil industry, as well as a series called ‘People of RJ’s’ where we dove deeper into the inner workings of the brand and some of the key people who work for the company. These videos also generated great visibility and consumer trust for the brand, with over 200k views across 5 videos.
